Fractional sales leadership

Your sales engine can't stop.

You are recruiting a Head of Sales, or you can't yet afford a full-time sales director. Either way, deals don't pause and neither do prospects. I work on a fractional basis, fully remote, to lead and drive your sales teams.

Sound familiar?

  • You are recruiting your Head of Sales and taking the time to choose well. Meanwhile, the team has to keep selling.
  • Your sales team needs a leader, but a full-time sales director is not yet within reach.
  • Your sales manager has left or is away and momentum is fading.

Two situations, one answer

During your recruitment: I step in

A failed hire at this level is costly: lost months, demotivated teams, revenue slipping away. You are right to take the time to choose well. I lead and drive the team in the meantime, then prepare the arrival of your future Head of Sales.

No budget for a full-time hire: I lead on a fractional basis

You benefit from an experienced sales director's expertise, at the pace you need, without the cost of a full-time role. I structure your strategy and processes and develop the team.

What I bring

  • 15 years of hands-on sales and marketing experienceIn large companies (American Express, Korian, Renault, Yves Rocher): key account management, international contract negotiation, structuring the pipeline and sales processes.
  • 3 years of experience as a PCC-certified professional coach (ICF)I see it often: teams know what they need to do, but don't take action. That is where coaching and neuroscience make the difference: removing blocks, engaging everyone, creating team momentum and getting the engine running again quickly.

How it works

Every assignment is tailor-made. We start by discussing your needs, your team and your goals, to define together the best format: duration, pace and budget, on quotation.

Most of the time, an assignment looks like this:

  1. Kick-off session (2 to 4 hours)Your challenges, your goals and your sales issues.
  2. One-hour one-to-one sessions with each salespersonAt a pace agreed together: weekly, or less often depending on your needs.
  3. Optional reporting sessions with managementAt the same pace: progress, indicators, points of attention and next priorities.

Up and running in a few days, with no notice period: your sales engine keeps going.

Let's talk about your situation.

A first conversation to understand your challenges and see how I can step in.
