Leadership coaching: step into your role
You are a business leader, manager or entrepreneur and feel that your posture does not yet fully reflect what your company, clients and teams need? I help you speak up with the people you deal with, delegate without controlling everything and assert your value, in meetings as in negotiations.
Sound familiar?
- You doubt your legitimacy, despite your results.
- You find it hard to say no, to reframe or to delegate.
- You need everything to be perfect, at the risk of burning out or slowing your team down.
- You are starting a new role and want to make your first months a success.
That is exactly where I come in.
Topics we can work on
Speak up without aggression
Set clear boundaries, say no, reframe or speak with confidence, while preserving good relationships.
Overcome impostor syndrome
Free yourself from constant self-doubt and the feeling of never being “enough”, to recognise your legitimacy and dare to step up.
Delegate with confidence
Work on the need for control, build trust in your team and in yourself, to delegate effectively and help others grow without guilt.
Move beyond the good student syndrome
Change your relationship with performance: leadership also takes adaptability, perspective and the ability to make trade-offs.
Showcase your skills and sell yourself
Highlight your achievements, prepare for a new role or a salary negotiation with confidence.
Navigate a transition
New role, moving from expert to manager, relocation abroad.

“Amélie really listens to our issues and always asks the right questions, which naturally lead us to reflect on what is holding us back and to find the answers ourselves. We always come out of sessions with much more clarity and peace of mind about our blocks. Amélie helps us become aware of things and change perspective!”

Frequently asked questions
How do I choose the right coach?
Coaching is not a regulated profession, so look for a coach who is trained and certified, ideally by a recognised body such as the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Make sure they also have solid professional experience, so they understand your challenges. Finally, take the time to talk before committing: mutual trust is essential.
What is the difference between coaching, consulting and training?
Consulting provides solutions, training teaches techniques, coaching helps you find and apply your own. My approach combines coaching with strategic input when it helps and I always say clearly when we switch from one to the other.
Are sessions held remotely?
Yes, all sessions take place online by video call. You save time and we can work wherever you are.
Can we work in English?
Yes. I coach and teach in both French and English.
How many sessions should I plan for?
Coaching is meant to be effective: the aim is to remove blocks quickly. The number of sessions therefore depends on the topic and on your starting point. I give you an estimate during our first conversation, which is free.
You then have two options:
- A planned programme: a set number of sessions agreed from the start, to move forward within a clear framework.
- Sessions as and when you need them. A single session is sometimes enough to resolve a specific point.
Let's talk about your goals.
A first conversation, with no commitment, to see whether and how I can help.
